From: Harpel, Oscar H. Harpel's Typograph, Or Book of Specimens. (Cincinnati, OH: [the author], 1870.) Online at The Internet Archive (the link here goes to that edition).

Harpel's Typograph is an amazing sampler of "artistic printing" from the 1870s. I do not know if the example here was in fact used by the Cincinnati Type Foundry, or if Harpel was simply setting example of local businesses.
