Vertical Milling

[NOT DONE] Note: Make the distinction (not commonly remembered) between a traditional vertical milling machine and a ram-on-turret style vertical milling machine as originated by the Bridgeport. Actually, the vertically sliding head style of the Sherline micro milling machine forms a third major category, and vertical milling head attachments for horizontal mills and other machine tools probably form a fourth.
