Rich Hopkins, in "Studying the Bulmer Design," American Typecasting Fellowship Newsletter, No. 34 (May, 2010): 17 confirms that Kingsport either made its own matrices or had matrices made for them. This article is about the casting of 42 point Bulmer from Kingsport matrices. These matrices had been electroformed from ATF type.
