The Finest Quality Hand Planed Rules (Elizabeth, NJ: American Type Founders Company, ca. 1956.) The wording in this specimen suggests that it was published by ATF for the benefit of their authorized type dealers. This particular example was distributed by the Foster ATF Type Sales Company.
