Gremolata was cut using Benton pantograph engraving machines by Micah Currier at The Dale Guild. This is a private typeface, not available for public sale.
The cutting of Gremolata and Maret's Cancellaresca Milanese (for which Gremolata is a companion roman) was funded by a "Kickstarter" drive in 2012:
In his Kickstarter project explanation, Maret said that he "designed Germolata in 2011 as a companion roman for Cancellaresca Milanese to be used in [his] book Specimens of Diverse Characters." (The rest of his explanation of this typeface is quite interesting from the point of view of type design.)
