This is a "Reliable" brand four-burner all steel gas kitchen range (that is, combined oven and stovetop). It is taken from p. 61 of the Reliable Gas Stoves and Ranges catalog published by the Schneider and Trenkamp Co. division of American Stove Co. (Cleveland, OH, 1905).
