Examples of the ATF form which accompanied each matrix font survive. Here is an example for 60 point Goudy Handtooled Italic (which is ATF Series 476). Note that the "Foundry" designation ('B') doesn't literally indicate ATF constituent manufacturing foundry B (New York, the amalgamation of Conner's, Lindsay, Heinrich, and Benton, Waldo) but rather the mold parameters associated with that foundry.
